Hi!!
This Reunion is for the Jr. High   class of 1969. It is an historical first, since the town doesn't have its own high school.
We are inviting all Acushnet Schools and grades to celebrate with us !!
Just have to let you know may of us have not kept in touch, (at all.. since high school).. only a few, went to there high school reunions.   Most   Jr. High   alumni   never   bothered to go to their high school reunions,   are going to this Jr.High one..
they say the reason is, Â  they had known these kids a longer period time.
So don't think you will be the only one.. that hasn't keopt in touch,, all these years!!
We have alumni coming home on labor day, for their vacations, to visit their families here, and are going to attend the class reunion, that night.
We have already had a few meetings and casual get togehers, Should be a fun night!

We all went to 5 different Acushnet Elementary Schools from 1959-1966:

Long Plain: Â  grades 1-4
Mason W. Burt: 1-4
Marie S. Howard: 1-4
Parting Ways: 1-6
St. Francis: k-8

We then   end up, all   together at the Acushnet, Ford Jr. High School.
Then we split up again to 3 Â  different High Schools:

New Bedford High
Fairhaven High
