Dear Class of 2003 Member(s):
Our 10 Year Class Reunion is fast approaching and will be held on Memorial Day Weekend, May 24, 25, & 26th, 2013. Please mark your calendars and start making plans to attend. We’re working really hard to make this a fun and relaxing reunion and we’d like to see as many classmates as possible!
We are planning the weekend as a “keep it casual ” event. To kick it off we have arranged for an informal get together on Friday evening starting at 7:30pm at Dave N Busters, 9450 N.Central Expressway Dallas,TX 75231. (Cost:$ 28.00- Includes dinner and play card)
On Saturday, we will revisit the halls of HUTCH and remember the good, the bad, and the moments that still stay with us today. Later that night will host the All White Affair Party that will be held at the fabulous Hilton Garden Inn-Duncanville. So please come dress to impress, no jeans, sweats, shorts, or t-shirts. We will have wonderful food and beverages, lots of time for reminiscing, getting reacquainted, and dancing. (Cost: TBD)
After party is own your own, but make sure you are ready to attend church Sunday at 11am at the Inspiring Body of Christ Church (IBOC). After church at 3pm we will end the weekend at Skyline Ranch located on 1801 E. Wheatland RoadDallas,TX 75241. We will have BBQ, dominoes, basketball, and prize-winning contest and more. (Cost:$ 35.00- includes buffet, unlimited soft drinks, and activities. Children 0-5 are free but please send a note to Denishea Williams for head count purposes).
You don’t want to miss this once and a life time event.
Tickets and t-shirts will go on sale February 1, 2013. If you are unable to attend but want to purchase a t-shirt, you will have to go to our site on Feb. 1st. Last day to purchase tickets and register will be April 30th at 11:55pm.
The last day to order t-shirts will be April 15th for printing and shipping purposes.
If you are interested in staying at the Hilton-Inn or will like information on pricing, the link will be located on our website on Feb. 1st as well.
We plan to have a presentation “What I’ve Been Up To” featuring classmates and/or their families for everyone’s viewing pleasure. If you would like to send pictures via email or Facebook– please send them to Raquel Facebook inbox or Jesska email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
While we’re still planning we’d like your opinion on the class shirts. Let us know if these interest you or your family at all - or maybe what YOU might like to see happen if these don’t appeal to you. PLEASE, for planning purposes please respond by March 15th.
