Dear Classmate,

It has been some time since we’ve last seen one another, some since graduation. I’m sure there are many success stories and it would be wonderful to share these stories with your old classmates.

Well, it is with much excitement that the Reunion Committee invites you to our 20th year Class Reunion scheduled for Friday, July 9 thru Sunday, July 11, 2010. This is a time for everyone to reconnect, reflect and share what changes have occurred in our lives over the past 20 years.

The Reunion Committee has a memorable weekend planned for you and your family. This weekend will consist of a mixer (meet and greet), formal dinner, and a picnic with fun-filled activities planned for everyone.

This year’s Class Reunion fees will be all-inclusive (we will have the cost finalized by March 1st):

The fees will cover the costs of the mixer, dinner, keepsakes, picnic, give-a-ways, and other supplies.

We have created a payment schedule for your convenience (if needed), we are aware of the recession and want to help in anyway possible.

1st payment due - March 30th
2nd payment due — April 30th
Final payment due — May 30th

No payments will be taken at the door.

*Additionally, we will be establishing a PayPal (or some similar type of account) so that payments can be accepted electronically (this will be the most convenient payment option). We will send more information regarding this once it is fully up and running.

Please let us know if you plan to stay at Sheraton Hotel (if we get more than 40 people staying there we may be able to negotiate a better rate). Room reservations and special needs should be made directly with the hotel at (412) 261-2000.

Please look for future communication regarding the reunion. We will be sending out official invites and registration forms within the upcoming weeks. Lastly, please let us know if you plan on bringing a guest to the reunion dinner.
