October 16th and 17th at the Sirata Beach Resort, St. Petersburg Beach

Friday October 16th — 6:30PM until 10PM — Beach / Cocktail party at Harry’s Beach Bar behind the Sirata.

Cash Bar. Beach attire. Because of the noise ordinance in St. Pete Beach, the beach bar must close at 10PM. However, they have a nice inside bar at the Sirata that is open until late. The party can continue there!



Saturday October 17th — 11AM until late afternoon - Beach Party. This will be on the beach directly behind the Sirata and Harry’s Beach Bar. Families, kids and all are welcome. Harry’s Beach Bar and Rum Runners Beach Bar and Grill are both located behind the Sirata. They both offer food and drinks to buy. You can also bring you own food and drinks.



Saturday October 17th — 7PM until 11PM — Class of 89 Reunion Reception.

King Palm Ballroom on the second floor of the Sirata. Heavy Hors d’ Oeuvres and light food provided. Cash bar. Slide show and 80’s music. Attire optional: Bust out your leg warmers or your Members Only jacket and wear your favorite 80’s outfit. If you are not interested in dressing 80’s, evening casual / nice will be appropriate.



Cost — Only $25.00 per person!!!

We have made every attempt to make this the most affordable reunion weekend possible. The reason we are able to charge only $25.00 per person is we are counting on individual and corporate donations. If you personally are able to be a sponsor, that is greatly appreciated. If your business or place of employment can donate, that is great too!

Sliver Sponsorship - $100.00 +

Gold Sponsorship - $200.00 +

As a sponsor, you and or your business will be listed and thanked in the reunion itinerary that will be given out to all guests. This is a great way for your business to write off the expense and get exposure to many people. In these tough times we are trying to make it affordable to all. So we will really be counting on these donations. These are much appreciated!

Make all checks out to Greg Hoffstetter and in the memo, put “Dixie Reunion”. I have an extra account were the deposits will be made and then all monies paid out to the Sirata. The reunion Committee will oversee these expenses.

It will be necessary to RSVP and pre-pay in order to attend. We will not be able to accept checks the weekend of the event. You can send a check for $25.00 per person as an attendee. If you wish to be a sponsor, make the check out to the desired amount you want to contribute. If you are a donating sponsor you do not need to pay the attendee fee. All payments and RSVP’s need to be received by October 9th. The sooner we receive the check the better!

Rooms are available for a rate of $111.00 per night. We need to book at least 10 rooms for both nights to keep the rate. So start booking up those rooms! Be sure to tell reservations that you get the Dixie Reunion rate.
